Bulti (the "Service") collects the following information to provide requested diagnostics, product-page copy work, and support.

• Website addresses, brand names, and product keywords you enter
• Email address (optional, used to send diagnostic results and to sign in)
• Service usage records such as visits and clicks, which may use pseudonymous identifiers

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to generate and deliver requested results, review service inquiries, provide order support, improve the Service, and analyze usage statistics. Optional service updates require separate marketing consent.

3. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, and handle deletion requests through support. Records required for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes may need to be retained.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties except as required by applicable data protection laws. To process diagnostics, we may rely on AI model providers (such as Anthropic) and payment and infrastructure processors (Polar for existing digital purchases, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Workspace for correspondence). In such cases, we process only the minimum information necessary to fulfill the intended purpose.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.

Product-page inquiries

Product-page inquiries currently arrive by email. We use your email address, page URL, company details and requested scope to review and respond to your request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or make a purchase. Do not include passwords, private customer records or unpublished personal information. You can withdraw optional marketing consent or request deletion through support. The public sample contains no client-submitted information.
