Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Bulti (the "Service") collects the following information to provide requested diagnostics, product-page copy work, and support.

• Website addresses, brand names, and product keywords you enter
• Email address (optional, used to send diagnostic results and to sign in)
• Service usage records such as visits and clicks, which may use pseudonymous identifiers

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to generate and deliver requested results, review service inquiries, provide order support, improve the Service, and analyze usage statistics. Optional service updates require separate marketing consent.

3. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, and handle deletion requests through support. Records required for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes may need to be retained.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties except as required by applicable data protection laws. To process diagnostics, we may rely on AI model providers (such as Anthropic) and payment and infrastructure processors (Polar for digital purchases, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Workspace for correspondence). In such cases, we process only the minimum information necessary to fulfill the intended purpose.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.

Analytics, advertising and guidebook purchases

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on en.bultibulti.com to measure visits, clicks on the guidebook purchase button and, through the same Meta Pixel on our Gumroad checkout, completed purchases. Meta may use this information to measure and deliver our ads. When you click the purchase button, we pass your browser's Meta identifiers (the Meta cookie values, browser user agent and IP address) to Gumroad in an encrypted link parameter. When a purchase completes, Gumroad notifies our server and we send Meta a purchase event with that information plus a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address and name, so Meta can measure which ads led to sales. We never send payment details. The GEO Guidebook is sold and delivered by Gumroad, which collects your payment and email under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking through your browser, device or Meta ad settings.

Product-page inquiries

Product-page inquiries currently arrive by email. We use your email address, page URL, company details and requested scope to review and respond to your request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or make a purchase. Do not include passwords, private customer records or unpublished personal information. You can withdraw optional marketing consent or request deletion through support. The public sample contains no client-submitted information.

Automated digital rewrites

When you request an automated rewrite, we fetch the public product pages you submit and send their extracted text to Anthropic for generation and automated source-support checks. We store the source snapshots, generated files, private access-token hashes and payment references in Supabase. For acquisition measurement, a rewrite order may also retain a pseudonymous browser session identifier, an internal-test flag, a limited source category and a landing-page category. These labels are not proof of a person or an organic visit. This measurement does not store search queries, full referrer URLs or access tokens. Payment information is collected by Polar, not by our page. We use the email supplied by the payment provider for transactional access messages, not marketing.

Private downloads are available for 90 days from preparation. Unpaid previews without a checkout are deleted after 7 days and generated content after 90 days by a daily cleanup job. Payment-provider records and records legally required for accounting or disputes follow their separate retention requirements. A hashed request identifier is used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in our order records. Submit only public product information you are entitled to use, never customer records, passwords or other private data.
